CD INTRO PROGRAM

This plan is for beginners OR people who may want to get back into their fitness after taking a while off.

– Initial consultation with a trainer to discuss goals and which sessions are best for you. You choose your session times.

– Checks ins + measurements.

– Help to get your food and calories under control.

– Unlimited Sessions for 6 weeks.

– When completed- you can avail of a discounted general membership package and a plan going forward will be laid out for you.

A 6 week plan designed to improve your running.

CD Run, a weights and resistance training program designed to enhance your running progress.

– Training twice per week with an optional Run on the weekend with a group.

-An unlimited membership is also included in the price if you want to add in more classes.
